Another Little Girl Sleepover

These three just love each other like there's no tomorrow.  Unfortunately their Mommies are slow at getting them together.

Teva and Ada slept over.  They all looked so cute and cuddly on the sofa bed in front of the Christmas tree.

The next day was a happening day.  Jason's Deli....

Christmas shopping for big sisters!

Reading at B&N...

And then we spontaneously decided to Gooney Golf, because we heard that Clyde had just done it with Aunt Sherry.  ....so he got to go TWICE!!

When Ada got cold, my boy wrapped her up in his coat.  (SWOON)  Love him!

Then we went to the Spin Zone... I think this was EVERY ONE'S favorite!!!

Then to Starbucks where 1 brother heroically lifted 3 little girls!

After the perfect ending to the perfect day, we went home and thanked Daddy for unknowingly sponsoring our grand adventures.  He graciously didn't pass out and smiled at us ;)

Iris's First Choir Concert

Iris is a member of the elementary choir at her local co-op/school where she takes classes.  She had her first concert shortly before Christmas, where the other choirs also performed.  She was very nervous, but it was a beautiful and Christ-centered performance!

After their performance, she sat with her friends, Katie and Anna to watch the other choirs.

Her adoring fans!

Her buddy, Tyler, who makes school and Sunday school just so much more fun!

She LOVES choir and is so excited about starting back today :)

Picture Day

So, we might have gone a WEE bit over the top this year.  That's what happens when you nonchalantly let your girls decide how your family portraits are going to go.  But it was much fun!!  And Suddenmovementsphotography.com is really awesome!!  LOVED our finished products :)

Glad we did it!  Though we'll be going casual next year!

Thanksgiving 2015

My Aunt Rita hosted Thanksgiving this year.  And quite a few people came!!!

Prayer

Eating and hanging out....

6 of my Grandma Wanda's 7 kids!  We were missing Norman :(  , who is #5
So here are...
Rita (#7), Roy (#1), Wayne (#2), Sharon (aka "Mom" #3), Phyllis (#4), and Ricky (#6)

8 of, I think, 14 grandkids....

and 8 out of AT LEAST 19(?) great-grandkids...

Happy Thanksgiving!!
We have MUCH for which to be thankful!!

Happy Birthday, Sherry!!

We don't really do birthday dinners for Sherry's or my birthdays, because Mom takes us each out to eat and shop every year.

So this year, while I didn't actually get to SEE the birthday girl, the kids and I snuck out and took some Christmas lights, decor, and a doggy bed over and left it all shortly before it got dark.  So she actually did arrive to the lights and everthing in the dark :D

So fun!!  But I wish she hadn't had to work and I got to see her on her 40th!!!!
