For approximately 2 and a half hours (or more) the kids put on their very own homespun version of
"A Christmas Carol". Clyde was Scrooge. Lucy was the three ghosts. Iris was all of the leftover characters, because she was NOT going to be a ghost. Here's their playbill shot..
