24 Hours At Grandad's

We went to Grandmom and Grandad's for almost exactly 24 hours one day while Stephen was in NC.  I was totally shocked with the kids.  They did more in that 24 hours than they've ever done in a whole weekend there.

Besides playing the famous heart game, working puzzles, reading, watching tv, feeding cats, dressing up, playing on computers, eating and sleeping, they also found time to...

Build with legos...

Make puppets...

Play a game Grandmom pulled out called Launch Across.  This one is worth some extra pics...

Iris concentrating...

Iris excited after getting several of the balls in the grid...

Clyde concentrated and worried because Iris has more points than him...

Then he passed her up in another round and got a cocky grin ;)

Lu, at first wasn't too worried...

After several rounds of watching her siblings get points, and she nary a one, she started getting frustrated... yes, this is her frustrated face...

Suddenly on the last two rounds, she whooped everybody!  She was so excited and her siblings we actually excited for her!

Playdough...

Clyde made a monster family...

Iris made playdough cloth that she 'sewed' with grass...

Cuddles..

Chalk...

Bubbles..

Clyde invented SO many games with a basketball, a box, a scooter, a rope and a skateboard, but he was too fast for me to catch on camera most of the time!

Rode the 'tractor' ....

Jumped Rope...

Wow!  What an awesome 24 hours!!
